About C3
Situated
in the Municipality of the Town of Caledon, Ontario,
C3 is a non-profit club connecting people
of all ages
with a healthy multi sport lifestyle and achievable
athletic goals. Your goals are achieved through fitness level appropriate
training and coaching, in a team atmosphere.
Our goal is to provide
opportunities for individuals of all athletic abilities
to achieve improved health
and
personal fitness objectives.
Coaching is led by the
spirit, talent and skill of Canada's National Olympic
Triathlon Former Coach and local
resident Barrie Shepley and our many experienced and certified instructors.
Club programs assist members to achieve
their athletic lifestyle goals through motivational
cross
training
sessions.
C3 helps to provide access to an enthusiastic network
of like minded people and activities.
We are promoting
a healthy lifestyle potential, for children and adults
to grow in fitness together. Group
activities
focus on wellness and fitness through a cross training
program that works for all ages and ability levels.
Join
us by registering as a club member and participate
at your own level and fitness ability.
C3 is an active
partner within the community, organizing and supporting
numerous events
(i.e. two annual triathlons, summer camp, Inglewood clean up day, Inglewood Community Day, Strawberry Festival, Dandelion Festival)
C3 is an organization that provides
