Dates:  Jan 14th, Feb 4th & Feb 25th

In 2017, C3 will host 3 of their historic Mega Training Days.  These are longer training days with more support and a keynote speaker to help inspire and educate.  Participants have the option of a full day or just parts of the mega day.  The key aspect of a mega day is the 9am-12 noon three hour bike with Sean Bechtel & a bike partner.  Following the 3hr bike, a keynote inspiring talk will occur from 12:30-1:15pm.  Finally Caron Shepley will lead a 1:15-2:30pm core-strength-yoga and stretch class.  The entire day takes place at the Caledon Community Complex in Caledon East.

JOIN LIONEL SANDERS - ANDREW YORKE- TAYLOR REID - SEAN BECHTEL  JUNE 22ND FOR THE ONE DAY CELEBRATION-FUND RAISER

Andrew would have never gotten to this level in his career, if it wasn't for the financial support that C3 and many great supporters have provided over his brilliant young career.  For 21 years, C3 has been fund raising to help current and future stars.  Lionel Sander's is now the top ranked long distance athlete in the world, but would not likely even be racing without the help of C3 parents, sponsors, and supporters.  Currently Taylor Reid and Kristen Marchant are two of the next generation athletes who C3's support is making a huge difference. The team and coach Barrie are asking you to dig deep and help keep this amazing program going.  We need your help in one of a number of ways.

Join Olympic Coach Barrie Shepley & C3 Volunteers & High-Performance Team for the 17th Annual Caledon C3 Kinetico Kids of Steel & Adult Pool Triathlon on Sunday, May 28th at the Mayfield Swim Complex. When Barrie returned from the Sydney Olympics 17 years ago, the C3 organization decided to start a Kids of Steel Triathlon to honour Simon Whitfield’s gold medal performance. Over the years near 15,000 boys and girls of all ages have crossed the finishing line in Caledon and received the same medal Simon got in his first race 30+ years ago. A decade ago, C3 added in the very popular Adult Pool Division. Adults go 400m swim - 15km bike and 5km run. The adult waves go first thing in the morning and help the C3 volunteers ensure the course and details are perfect for the younger kids that go later in the day. The entire event is a big family day and we encourage you to bring your entire family out and participate in some fashion.
