These programs cover May through October

C3 SPRING SUMMER TRIATHLON PROGRAM - $199 +HST

This program is designed for the person who wants to interact with club mates throughout the entire year. The significant training program includes unlimited access to bike-run-dryland, and full summer quarry unlimited access. It includes 2 summer BBQ/Open Water Swim races, as well as many discounts and association with one of Canada’s greatest triathlon clubs. The only thing this program does not include is the once per week C3 indoor pool workout during the fall-winter and early spring.

C3 SPRING SUMMER DUATHLON PROGRAM - $149 +HST

This inexpensive program gives the participant full access to all bike and run workouts with C3. This program gives discounts throughout the year as well as support and attachment to one of Canada’s greatest endurance clubs.

C3 SPRING SUMMER RUN-PROGRAM - $75 +HST

This program gives you full access to Sunday and Tuesday coached workouts with C3. Enhance your running while training with your teammates in one of Canada’s great endurance clubs.

C3 SUMMER UNLIMITED QUARRY & SUMMER RACES - $160 +HST

The summer quarry package gives unlimited access to the C3 James Dick Quarry seven days a week for June-July-Aug and Sept. The membership also gives free entrance to the two summer Open Water Swim Races and social BBQ (June 27th and July 25th). The membership gives discounts and support for the ongoing development of Ontario’s best place to open water swim, paddle, and SUP.

  • 5 months of all quarry swims (May-Sept) - some with coach support

C3 ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - $75 +HST

The C3 Associate membership has a number of purposes. First as a low priced membership for those who want to support the club, but may not be available or able to train very often due to health issues or where you live. The second purpose of the membership is to create a fun Sunday social membership for participants to come walk, hike, run with the club and then socialize after at a nearby restaurant. The membership gives weekly newsletter (to keep you informed) as well as discounts and the free Sunday run – walk – hike option.
